Land Fitness Studio - Host to over 35 group fitness classes per week. All classes are instructor lead and free with your Bangor Y membership. A great way to be active, meet new friends and to achieve your wellness goals

Land Fitness Studio Lounge - In 2010, the Bangor Y remodeled the facility with the goal to create open member spaces. Enjoy the space to catch up with friends before class, after class or to just relax after a hard workout

Weight Room - The Bangor Y hosts a dedicated weight room with weights greater than 70lbs. This space is designed such that you can achieve your weight training objectives, while having the opportunity to do cardio without switching rooms

Means Pool - The Bangor Y has two pools, the Means Pool is 86 degrees F and is the host to many family programs, senior aquatic fitness and youth swim lessons
